Returns and Exchanges:
SMK gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
- Once shipping label is created refunds will not be issued

1. What is the current turn around time?- Current turn around time is estimated at 3-5 business days , but may vary during sales or any special promotions.
2. How are orders shipped? -All domestic orders are shipped USPS first class with tracking and/or with an option for insurance covered through route.
3. What if my order is marked delivered, but I have not received it? - If tracking reflects that a package has been delivered contact your local post office for details if route insurance was not purchased. If Route insurance was purchased a claim will be submitted for a replacement or refund. Please note: Simply Me, Kish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is highly recommended the purchase of Route insurance to cover the cost of stolen, lost or damaged packages.
4. My order is stuck in transit and/or I have not received it. What do I do?- If your package is delayed and you have not received it, contact your local USPS if route insurance was not purchased. Please Note: Simply Me, Kish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is highly recommended the purchase of Route insurance to cover the cost of stolen, lost or damaged packages. If your package have not been received in 30 days after the original scanned in date and route insurance was purchased a claim will be submitted for a replacement or refund.
5. My orders was delivered to the wrong address/or returned to sender, what should I do? - Please verify your address before placing an order. If your order is delivered to the wrong address a refund will not be issued. If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address you are responsible for all postage.
6. My package arrived damaged, what should I do?- If your package arrived damaged and route insurance was not purchased, Simply Me, Kish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is highly recommended the purchase of Route insurance to cover the cost of stolen, lost or damaged packages. If Route insurance was purchased a claim will be submitted for a refund or replacement. Please provide proof of all damages and submit them via email at info@simplymekish.com
7. Do you have any additional information with my tracking?- Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information. It's highly recommended to contacted your local post office once orders are scanned in.
8. Can I cancel my order?- Yes, we do accept cancellations. However, cancellations must be made within 24hours from purchase. During group sales or special promotions cancelation of orders will not be allowed.
