Returns and Exchanges:

SMK gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
  • Once shipping label is created refunds will not be issued
  • All order adjustments must be made within 24 hours of purchase

1. What is the current turn around time?- Current turn around time is estimated at 3-5 business days , but may vary during sales or any special promotions. 

2. How are orders shipped? -All domestic orders are shipped USPS first class with tracking. 

3. What if my order is marked delivered, but I have not received it? - If tracking reflects that a package has been delivered contact your local post office for lost package inquiries. Please note: Simply Me, Kish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

4. My order is stuck in transit and/or I have not received it. What do I do?- If your package is delayed and you have not received it, contact your local USPS. Please Note: Simply Me, Kish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package have not been received in 30 days after the original scanned in date contact us for a replacement or refund. 

5. My orders was delivered to the wrong address/or returned to sender, what should I do? - Please verify your address before placing an order. If your order is delivered to the wrong address a refund will not be issued. If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address you are responsible for all postage. 

6. My package arrived damaged, what should I do?- If your package arrived damaged Simply Me, Kish email us with provided proof of all damages and submit them via email at

7. Do you have any additional information with my tracking?- Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information. It's highly recommended to contacted your local post office once orders are scanned in. 

8. Can I cancel my order?-  Yes, we do accept cancellations. However, cancellations must be made within 24hours from purchase. During group sales or special promotions cancelation of orders will not be allowed.

Processing time for group sales or special promotions are 7-10 business days. No cancelations and/or refunds will be offered during the group sales or special promotions. If an order is placed without a discount code a refund and/or an adjustment of difference will not be offered during any special promotions. Combining orders will not be permitted during any special promotions or group sales. Offering these services slows down production and can cause mistakes. All freebies during special promotions are before shipping after discount.
